- Maintenance work to be performed in homes to include inspections, preventative, and as needed.
- Manage efficient material purchases of vendors by accurately estimating the needs of each individual job
- Work with vendors, as necessary
- Analyze and verify the accuracy and validity of vendor submitted invoices
- Keep homes well-maintained, and guests/owners happy, through weekly inspections of homes as well as preventative maintenance “The PMI Way”.
- Utilize software for various parts of job
- Reviews guest feedback to determine guest needs and concerns so that they can be properly considered and addressed
- Communicates all problems and resolves them or make recommendations to Management for resolution
- One to two years of property maintenance
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to quickly diagnose the root cause of issues and suggest appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel) and G Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets), Software
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with the company staff, external vendors, and homeowners.
- CPO certified is preferred but not required
